Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Movies Viraltry website and Movie ViralTry mobile application (together, the Service). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Movie ViralTry provides movie discovery, streaming-related features, account features, downloads where available, notifications, rewards, search, recommendations and other functionality that may change over time. Some features may be free, advertising-supported, premium, experimental or unavailable in particular locations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your device and account secure. You must provide accurate information when an account feature requires it. You may sign in using supported methods such as email or Google. You may not impersonate another person or use another person’s account without authorization.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, defeat security controls, abuse APIs, automate excessive requests, distribute malware, manipulate rewards, fraudulently obtain premium access, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the infrastructure.

4. Content and intellectual property

The Movie ViralTry name, branding, software, interface and original site/app materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights in movies, artwork, trademarks and other third-party content remain with their respective owners or licensors. Availability of content through the Service does not transfer ownership to you.

5. Streaming, downloads and device-to-device sharing

Streaming, offline-download and device-to-device sharing features may be used only through the functionality provided by the Service and only where the relevant content and applicable law permit it. You must not bypass technical restrictions, extract protected media outside supported functionality, or commercially redistribute content without authorization.

6. Advertising, rewards and premium features

The Service may contain advertising, reward tasks, points, referral features, purchases or premium functionality. Eligibility, reward values, premium benefits and availability may change. Points or in-app rewards have no cash value unless the Service expressly states otherwise and may be withheld or reversed in cases of abuse, automation or fraud.

7. Third-party services

The Service may use or link to third-party services, including authentication, hosting, storage, push notifications, advertising or external websites. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Movie ViralTry is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, content or integrations to maintain, secure or improve the Service. We do not guarantee that every title, feature, server or quality option will always be available.

9. User submissions

If the Service allows comments, feedback or other submissions, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive or harmful material. We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Suspension or termination

Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, address security issues, prevent fraud or respond to serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free playback, permanent availability of any title, or compatibility with every device, network or third-party service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Movie ViralTry and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The current version will be published at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
