Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Movies Viraltry and the Movie ViralTry mobile application (together, the Service) collect, use and protect information when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, the Service may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: display name, email address, account identifiers and authentication provider information. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic profile information Google makes available for authentication, such as your Google account identifier, name and email address.
- Device and installation information: an app installation identifier, app version, build variant, package name, device manufacturer/model, Android version, SDK level, locale, time zone, screen information, network type and notification-permission status.
- Network and approximate location information: IP address and approximate country, region or city derived from network information. The Service does not require precise GPS location for its normal analytics.
- Usage and analytics information: sessions, app opens, playback events, watch time, movie interactions, searches, search-result counts, feature events and other information needed to understand performance and engagement.
- Crash and diagnostic information: app version, exception type, error message, stack trace, screen/context and related technical data when a crash or error is reported.
- Rewards, referrals and notifications: points/reward activity, referral information, notification state and push-delivery information when those features are enabled.
- Web information: browser/session information, site preferences and similar data stored through cookies or local storage where required for sign-in, security, preferences, analytics or site operation.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Service; authenticate accounts; maintain sessions; deliver movies and app features; remember preferences; provide rewards, referrals and notifications; understand searches and content demand; measure playback and app performance; diagnose crashes; prevent abuse; improve security; maintain premium/advertising controls; and improve the Service.
3. Google sign-in
If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google authenticates you and sends the Service the account information you authorize for sign-in. Movie ViralTry uses that information to create or link your Movie ViralTry account and does not receive your Google password. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
4. Sharing of information
We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, storage, authentication, email, push-notification, analytics or security service providers only as needed to operate the Service. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect users or the Service, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. We do not disclose account credentials to advertisers.
5. Advertising and third-party services
The Service may display advertising or open third-party links/services. Third parties may process information under their own privacy policies. Movie ViralTry does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services you choose to open.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account/security records, troubleshoot technical issues, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate interests. Retention periods can differ by data type. Information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can also control notification permission through your device settings and can choose not to use Google sign-in. For privacy or account requests, use the support/contact channel provided in the Movie ViralTry application or on the official Movies Viraltry website.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated sessions and restricted administrative access. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Users who are below the age at which they can legally consent to online services in their jurisdiction should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date when appropriate.
